Lisa Haydon, Professional Therapist, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire
Are you here because you are struggling to make sense of things?
Maybe you feel stuck and overwhelmed when you think about making changes?
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, EMDR therapist and Supervisor specialising in supporting people who have experienced trauma through childhood abuse and domestic abuse.
Maybe you feel that you're in an unhealthy relationship and noticing unhelpful behaviours appearing and are seeking support to work through what to do now?
People often avoid coming for help because they believe their problem is too small, or too big to deal with. I am not here to judge you (or your family) but here to offer you a confidential space to talk through what is happening for you right now and how you might be able to work through that.
No problem is EVER too small. If it’s affecting your everyday life then it’s very real and very important.
Some other things I’ve learned along the way …
- It doesn’t take as long as you think to feel better
- You are more resourceful than you know
- What you think now is not what you will think later
What can I help with?
- Everyday worries
- Work related worries
- Sleep disturbance
- Eating disorders
- Low self esteem
- Post traumatic Stress Disorder
