What I have learned from 15 years in the mental health field and 25 years in corporate and charity leadership is that people are more wounded than they realise, and more capable than they know. Often caught in inherited beliefs, unconscious patterns, and old roles that no longer serve them.
Modern life is complex. The mental health conversation has exploded, and many of us are left wondering: Who can I turn to? Who can I trust? What do I need to know?
