A bit about me professionally

I am a registered Accredited Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I studied for 4 years to qualify as a Counsellor with a Diploma in Person Centered Counselling. I went on to gain my Masters of Science in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am also an EMDR therapist a Supervisor and a verified BUPA therapist.
I am passionate about quality, which is why I am a member of the BACP who go to great lengths to ensure that Counselling and Psychotherapy services are provided both safely and ethically. A bit about me personally
I am a classic introvert, I prefer one to one or very small groups. I am the person at the party near the door ready to escape but quietly enjoying the goings on. I love to travel and explore new cities and countries. My favourite place of all time is Ibiza (I was married there) it’s renowned for its party lifestyle but is also very peaceful and has the most soulful energy. I reckon the air there is healing (that and the cocktails). You will always find me in a local independent store looking at stuff as I could ‘look’ for a living. I enjoy the beauty of small things and am learning every day to cherish the moments and embrace change. I believe that life is not and will never be perfect, we just learn to adjust more peacefully to the constant ebb and flow of what it brings.
